Roast chicken with zhoug

Ingredients
1 jar of zhoug
1 chicken
Half a lemon
A splash of rapeseed oil
Directions
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Slide a small tablespoon under the chicken skin, at the bottom end of the chicken breast to loosen the skin. Stuff zhoug under the skin.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and stuff the lemon in the cavity.
- Season with salt and drizzle with the oil.
- Cook for 45 minutes, then take out from the oven to baste. Cook for another 45 minutes basting every 15 minutes.
