285ml milk
115g plain flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
12 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Break the eggs into the milk and whisk until smooth. Whisk in the flour, a little at a time until smooth. Whisk in the salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Put the oven on the highest setting. Warm up a 12-hole muffin tin for 5 minutes until screaming hot.
- Take the tray out of the oven, pour a spoonful of oil into each muffin hole, then pour in the batter. Put back in the oven for 15 minutes. Do not open the oven.
